| Main Screen |
| ● The Main Screen is the first full screen that appears when the program is opened. The Selection Menu within the center of this screen provides quick access to either current or inactive Students, as well as other program screens. Records can be presented in entry view or grid view. |

The first tab of this screen allows you to establish default invoice settings, business logo and business address for use throughout the program. |

| ● The Mailing Label popup screen allows you to select from a listing of Avery mailing labels and select the position on the sheet where you would like the student's address to print. |

you to schedule private training sessions that will show on the Calendar
screen. ● All upcoming private sessions for the displayed student can be viewed by clicking the adjacent button. |

| Staff Screen |
|
● Schedule your staff for all classes and events. ● Fill the schedule from drop down boxes that only list staff members available for the particular class and time. |

● Enter information on each staff member and their
availability on each day.
● You can also enter vacation/travel periods and exclude from specific classes. |

| Advancement Screen |
|
● This screen lists all the rank requirements for
each craft taught. The rank categories entered here are available to
the Student screen for assignment to students.
Set expected completion time by weeks, hours or classes for each category. This information is used by the Report Screen for printing status of advancement requirements.

| Scanning Screens |
| ● You have the option of using a barcode scanner, finger scanner or touch screen for logging students into classes or events. |
|
|
● An Attendance Edit Screen is available to fix any class
or event
entry errors. The date, class, or event can be easily changed from this
screen.

| Attendance Screen |
|
● This screen is handy if you choose not to use a scanner.
The screen will display all current students for
the selected period and class. A blank sheet for the class can be
printed out for the week. This allows the students to initial for the
days they show and since the sheet is arranged in the same order as the
Attendance screen you can easily update each student's attendance records at
the end of the week. ● The color of the row indicates the student's current account status. |

| Attendance Analyzer Screen |
| ● View a color graphic presentation of student attendance for any period of time. All columns can be reduced at a click of the button to easily view longer periods of time. |

| Batch Payment Screen |
|
● All current students are listed and their
accounts can be easily viewed and updated from this screen.
|
|
| Click the 'Single Entry' button to open the Payment Screen. The Payment Screen is also accessed from the Student Screen when adding a payment. Payments can be applied to any of the invoices associated with the student. |
|
| e-Billing Screens |
| ● Open the Select Billing Screen from the Main Screen where you can open various billing screens or print a quick report of expiring credit cards or contracts. |
|
| ● From the Students Screen, you can open the Student Billing Setup Screen to establish billing through their credit card or checking account. |
|
| ● Also from the Students Screen, you can e-bill the student for money owed. |
|
| ● One of the screens you can open from the Select Billing Screen is the Batch Upload Screen. This will upload all billings listed and update all student accounts. |

| Calendar Screen |
|
● Receives scheduling information directly from the
Student
screen. ● Scheduling can be done directly onto the Calendar screen or entered in a pre-established format by clicking the desired time and then the Entry button that appears. ● Allows for unlimited number of calendars to cover each Instructor or training location. |

● View by Day, Week, or Month. ● Printout the schedule for the selected Day, Week or Month as well as specific queries. |

| Class Scheduling Screen |
|
● This screen sets-up all classes. The information
entered here will display on the Calendar screen and Scanning screen. ● The Classes scheduled onto this screen are available to the Student screen when enrolling students into a class. |

| Event Scheduling Screen |
| ● This screen is used to schedule specific events such as promotion examinations. The information entered here will display on the Calendar screen. This information will also be available to the Scanning screens on the day of the event. |

| Training Plan Screen |

Create Training Plan outlines for each class and assign to one or more
dates. ● Print all Training Plans for a specified date. ● Print reports summarizing time spent on each training item. |

| Training Photo Screen |
| ● Create instructional outlines for your students of basic techniques, kata, etc. Add as many instructional photographs and descriptions as you wish for each topic. The screen will display three at a time. Printouts will contain up to 9 photographs/descriptions per pages. |

| Contacts Screen |
| ● Add all of your non-student contacts to this screen. Information from this screen can be called-up onto the Invoice Screen for billing. |

| Invoice Screen |
|

Enter as many items onto the grid of itemized charges as you desire. Apply
any tax rate to any item. ● The Invoice screen can be opened and easily loaded with Student or Contact information from a call-up list. |

● If the invoice record was initiated from the Student Screen
or the Student name is called-up then
the final account information will be fed back and updated on the respective
Student
record. ● Import Products and Services for billing or use barcode scanning. ● Create Order records for each purchase item if you do not carry in stock. |

| Products & Services Screen |

● Add all products you carry and services you provide so that
they can be
directly imported into any invoice. Product barcodes can be printed and
scanned onto the Invoice Screen. ● An additional tab section is provided for taking orders from students. |

| Expenditures Screen |

● This screen will help keep your business expenditures
organized for tax time. ● Fully integrated with the Account Screen to help you track expenditures/deposits to these accounts. |

| Accounts Screen |

● Add all your business checking, petty cash and credit
card accounts to this screen. ● Works with the Expenditures Screen mentioned above and all expenditures/deposits to each account will be listed on the screen. |

| User Created Data Reports Screen |
| ● Created your own reports in the format of your choice. Database field, labels, lines, shapes, pictures and barcodes can be easily added to the report development work area. |

● Most of the screens associated with the program have an
option for printing the displayed information. The Report screen is a
single location for printing most anything associated with the program.

| Document Screen |
| ● Create mail merge type documents for use throughout the program. You can save documents as RTF or export to MS Word for more formatting options. When the document is called up on the student screen the program will fill the document with the database information, pictures and barcodes that you specify. |

| ● The Page Setup screen allows you the modify the the page layout or each document as well as the formatting of the program generated information. |

| Grid View Screens |
| ● All screens that allow entry of record information also provide the ability to display this information in a grid format. These grids allow you to sort the displayed information, display records matching a search criteria, customize the column sizes as well as which ones are displayed, and drag and drop columns to a different location. | ![]() |

● Records that are selected (i.e., check box clicked or
"Select" column title clicked to select all displayed records), depending upon
the screen, can be archived, reactivated, deleted, or printed as a
report, document, ID cards or mailing labels. ● Export the information to MS Excel. ● A highlighted record can be opened in the Entry Screen view. |

| Prospective Student Screen |
● The Prospective Student Screen will store the basic information of a person interested in starting classes. Once the person has started classes, you can move their record to the active screen at the push of a button.
| Archive Screens |
● The Student, Invoice and Expenditure Screens each have a function for archiving records. These archived records can be viewed by selecting the desired archive screen from the Main Menu or by selecting the Archived Records option on the Selection Menu then selecting the desired screen Button.
| Record Backup Screen |

You can backup the program database and associated files to any fixed or
removable drive.
